 I have had it for about 7-8 years now and this is an old case. I think now it comes in a pink case.

This device has been a number one in my acne treatment routine long before I have discovered the creams and lotions that prevent spots. I find it very effective as far as you don't get lazy and use it. 
 It is two in one: while you treat your spots you are also getting a skin tightening procedure.
It can be used any place you have spots on (back, face, arms). It helps lotions to get absorbed faster into the skin and work effectively.
I was doing everything according to the instruction. The spots heal fast and the skin gets lifted. The only thing is you have to overcome your laziness and do it. 
This kind of treatment was familiar to me because I used to go to the salon to get a facial. So my cosmetologist was using the same device just with a bigger head. 
The tip is made out of glass so if you crack it you won't be able to fix it and you will have to get a new device. But it never happened to me and if you are careful it won't break so easily. 
I also think it helps to save money and is environmentally friendly. All I needed was one lotion / cream and this device.
It heals effectively all types of spots especially those that are painful and deep down the skin (like I had 3 days ago). After one use the situation got a lot better :)

It contains 100ml (travel size). The scent doesn't bother me. I have tried a lot of different sun screens but this one stands out of the crowd for me. This sun screen gives really high protection and is very water resistant . It's creamy (thick cream) and you have to reapply it now and then but not as often as any other. It does feel like a shield on the skin and I do tend to get pimples after using it constantly but anyway it's better than a sun burn.

This is the lists of products that I use to calm down red inflamed spot in a short time period (as fast as it is possible): Lactic acid peel 20% I apply it with a cotton swab directly on to a spot before I go to bed. I tend to leave it on for as long as I possibly can. I prefer lactic acid because it is not as harsh as salicylic acid. It doesn't provoke any burning sensations or hurt. This is why I can use it several days straight applying directly on to a spot. It calms down the inflammation and makes the spot to disappear. The next morning it will appear smaller (less inflamed).   Clear Zit Acne Treatment cream / 10% Benzoyl Peroxide  It is a thick white cream that disappear when applied. It absorbs very fast. The downside is that it contains parabens. Works great especially if you have never used it before. Within the years your skin can get used to it and the effect will be less noticeable but it still works great for me.  Quinoderm 1...

10 g. Unscented. It's a silicon-based primer. I apply it over Phillips ® Milk of Magnesia to keep my skin matte for as long as possible. I use my fingers to apply this primer. Since it's a silicon primer it may feel a bit heavy but it smooths out enlarged pores and wrinkles quite well. I prefer to use a powder foundation with this primer. In my opinion the texture (formula) could be a bit drier. It would give a better oil control. I try to wear silicon based primer occasionally since it can cause a mild irritation on the skin.
