How to heal a scratched spot
Before you decide to scratch your spots with your nails consider maybe a safe way to do this by using these tools:
You can wash it with warm water. Make sure it's dry so that no rust could develop and and don't forget to disinfect it. I disinfect it using isopropanol alcohol.
I find it easy to use when the loop is at an angle as you can see on the photo. When you are using these tools for the first time you may find it difficult to use. But practising makes it easy. Don't press too hard or do anything that can hurt the skin. Just try to see which direction the opened pore is pointing and move your extractor in the same direction.
Or if you don't have these tools near you can fold the paper tissue:
But if you couldn't hold yourself and did try to squeeze / scratch it out with your nails (hopefully clean) don't forget to use something like this :
It whitens and helps to stop the bleeding. It can also be applied after the sore has been formed to whiten it a bit and disinfect so that it could heel faster and be less visible.
Later I would apply natural chamomile cream and on top of it pure vaseline / petroleum jelly [no alcohol and other chemicals] and go to sleep. If I need to heel it faster I use derma wand device [Dermawand / Derma wand]several times a day. It would prevent the inflammation so it would heel quicker.
I would suggest to be careful pumping pimples [or not doing it at all] by yourself cause that can lead to an infection and more serious damage [blood infection].
